The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting my wonderful friend Mal who works at the Westin in Scottsdale, AZ. She was so kind to allow me to take part in the 4 star cuisine they serve at her lovely establishment.

Ingredients:

Salmon salad, toasted bread, goat cheese, pecans and a sweet sauce that I can only imagine can straight from heaven. (unfortunately I forgot the name of it) this was the best salmon i've had to date. Plus that side margarita didn't hurt much either. Thanks Mal!

Breakfast with La Familia Fadel

In an effort to be a wonderful contributor to K&G Food Friendzy I figured we'd start off with a meal that is dear to our heart - breakfast.

This morning I made some eggs and hash.

Eggs:

Seasoned the salt n peppa

Mixed in red bell pepper

Topped off with shredded cheese

Sides:

Sliced tomatoes

Corn Tortilla

Hash Browns

It was delicious and somewhat nutritious, with the exception of the hash brown.
