Salmon Shrimp Salad

Dinner time at the Fadel family home.
Salmon seasoned with Mediterranean seasoning.
Jumbo shrimp seasoned with lemon pepper.
Arugula salad with feta cheese, tomato, onion and balsamic vinaigrette .

The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting my wonderful friend Mal who works at the Westin in Scottsdale, AZ. She was so kind to allow me to take part in the 4 star cuisine they serve at her lovely establishment.

Ingredients:

Salmon salad, toasted bread, goat cheese, pecans and a sweet sauce that I can only imagine can straight from heaven. (unfortunately I forgot the name of it) this was the best salmon i've had to date. Plus that side margarita didn't hurt much either. Thanks Mal!
